•  I can not get the Nice ice cooler out of the plastic mould?
The trick to get the Nice ice cooler out of the plastic mould is to place the frozen Nice ice cooler outside the freezer for 30 minutes.
The Nice ice cooler has to acclimate a little. Then you pour warm tap water in the middle and wait for 5 minutes. If the Nice ice cooler still does not came loss, pour warm tap water again in the middle and wait 5 minutes longer.

•    The ice is frozen uneven on the top. What do I have to do?

We have supplied a lit which you have to place on top of the mould before you place the ice mould in the freezer. This will minimize the an uneven top. 

•    I have noticed a bulge / lumps in the centre of the ice mould.
Please be aware that water expand when it is frozen and the nice ice cooler is made to handle this natural expansion. Your white nice ice cooler mould is made from a special flexible plastic that allows the ice to expand. IT IS EXPECTED that the inner plastic wall will occasionally has a bulge / lump in it. In order to release the frozen ice ring you will need to place warm water in the inner tube and LET IT STAND A FEW MINUTES LONGER so the bulge / lump will melt and the frozen ice ring will release.
   
• How many times can I use the mould?

As many times as you wish.
   
•Why does the Nice ice cooler crack when it comes out of the mould?

If you take the Nice ice cooler out of the freezer  and pour warm tap water in the middle directly, the Nice ice cooler will break. When you take the Nice ice cooler out of the freezer, you have to wait for 30 minutes, before you put warm tap water in the middle.
   
• The water is not clear as on the picture?
If you have a lot of calcium in the tap water, the Nice ice cooler will not get as clear as on the picture. You can use distillate water to get the ice cooler clear.

•    How do I decorate with layers?
Sometimes decoration like orange slices, small flowers, leaves tend to float. You can freeze them very easy in layers.
Just add 1 inch of water in the white ice mould. Place the decoration in place and put the mould in the freezer. After 2 hours you take the ice mould  out of the freezer and add more decoration and again 1 inch of water. Place the mould back in the freezer.
Repeat as many times as necessary. 

• I would like to put flowers in the water, but the flowers will not stay on their place?

The flowers will try to float on the water, but if you bent the peduncle of the flower and put something heavy on top of the mould, they will stay in their place.

• Do you have other shapes?

At this moment we have the star shape Nice ice lantern in two sizes: High 15 cm / 5.9” and High 20 cm  / 7.9”, and the Nice Ice Cooler, which is 15 cm / 5.9”.
   
• I would like to sell the nice ice lantern and the nice ice cooler myself, Who do I have to contact?

• How do you get your Nice ice cooler coloured?
Just put food colour in the water, before you place the Nice ice cooler  in the freezer.

• Does the ice lantern fit in my freezer? 
The Nice ice cooler is h.15 cm / 5.9” will fit in any drawer freezer.
